Came out of the room i'm currently staying and talked with some family members bitching about my behavior, i really regret it
i was bored throughout all the conversation and ended up sharing with them something i really like, i don't think i was that extensive about it but i really regret it
i find these people repulsive and disgusting so idk why did i even talk with them
also made a light suicidal comment so i hope they don't gossip about it to my parents but it was more of a what if scenario to which i replied that i'd rather launch myself from a bridge so i'm not sure
these often happens to me i end up saying stuff and regret it later really wish i could mute myself for a few minutes
i never learn about this, only ends up making me more vulnerable
