- Swallow alot of different anti emetics
- Drink 5 beers (wait 30mins)
- Swallow some Benzos, because they increase OD risk but they also remove feelings of fear (wait 30 mins)
- Boil 2 Fentanyl Patches and drink the solution (150mg/hr Patches. if atleast half of the fentanyl gets into the water i would consume 10mg of fentanly)
- Stick another 2-3 Patches on my stomach and heat them up with a hairdryer or a Hot water bottle
- I thought about Smoking another Patch on Aluminium Foil at the end.

Im afraid that i will still vomit even though i will take anti emetics, because i am not used to drugs.

Fentanyl, alcohol, and benzos is such a messy pharmacological profile. I get you're trying to suppress the CNS with the alcohol and benzos, but 5 beers is a lot of fluid, your chances of vomiting are much higher despite the anti-emetics. Death may very well still occur, but it's likely not going to be peaceful and certainly not controlled/predictable.

Is that all you can get your hands on? It seems pretty problematic to me given you're new to drugs (your own words). I guess fentanyl could be a viable method, but I'd recommend you at least consume less fluid and opt for a stronger conc. beverage than beer. Be more calculated too, not just shoving random anti-emetics down your throat and hoping for the best. Anti-emetics don't just flat out prevent vomiting.

Thank you for the Tips. I guess drinking more potent alcohol instead of beer is the better choice. I thought about Boofing the fent solution since it wont be affected by vomiting. But boofing is more conplex. I guess i can try with low dosage to pracrice hitting the right Spot

Yes, greater potency in your drink is definitely the way to go: you don't want a lot of fluid in your body.

How did you obtain Fentanyl patches? I've never heard of them being boiled to extract the fent from them.

I live in Germany and here you can buy fent patches from dealers. I think in the US fent is mostly consumed in powder Form. I dont think we have it in powder Form yet in germany.
