Okay so here is my idea.

Get a bdsm kit to strap yourself into a bed including a neck strap

Then Instead of an oven bag get a vacuum compression bag as these come with one way valves
meaning that any gas needing to escape the bag can naturally flow out whilst avoiding any air coming in
also these compression bags are much stronger than an oven bag

using the bdsm straps you can tightly strap down your legs, your neck and your good arm.
leave the wrist strap for your non dominant hand slightly loose so you can slip your hand in before the gas does its work.

I very much prefer the garbage bin method for a personal homemade suicide pod. It's extremely convenient for the body removal process and reflects my personal opinion on the value off my life lol.
