• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So I'm getting close to my bus stop, and I had a few questions that am not confident I can google without causing issues.

1. Recommendations to CTB while preserving organs?

If I want to commit historically (and rudely) considered to be the most selfish act of all, I'd like to at least do a little something for the people that have done absolutely nothing for me <3. So my first thought was to call 911 prior to CTB, ask them to bring an ambulance and organ transporting materials, and then provide my location. My location of choice would be somewhere with only one entrance (dead end road or something) so I can see when they are near. Then, after they arrive, take a nice iron supplement to the mouth. Not confident in this idea, simply my first thought. Am very open to criticism/suggestions.

2. Life Insurance maybe?

Directly conflicting with the first question, but any recommendations for hypothetically CTB in a way that a life insurance policy could function on. Ideally in a way that would preserve organs, but financial gain for immediate family is more valued to me than donation of organs to in need individuals.

I had more but forgot over the course of writing this out

Life insurance policies usually have a 2- year, non-payout policy for suicide. If you get a policy now and can wait 2 years, you're gtg.

What's the purpose of taking an iron supplement???? 🤔

If you're waiting to see paramedics/ambulance coming up the street, you can rule out poisons because none of them work that fast. You'll end up being saved, most likely.

I'm very sorry life has led you here. In the interest of harm reduction, you should keep in mind that depending on what country you are in, trauma surgeons have become extremely good at their jobs. You will most certainly be rushed to the hospital.

I had a childhood friend that became a gangbanger, he was shot 12 times, including twice in the head. He is still alive today, albeit he's crippled and is in constant pain.

Just don't want you to end up even worse off.

I agree with hell toupee. While the idea of wanting your organs to be viable for others after your death is very kind, I would worry that some kind of intervention would happen if you called and waited until you could see them. Anything can happen in a high stress situation.

Most organs have a viability window after death, they don't have to be taken immediately after someone passes. Would it be possible to schedule an email to send after with all of your requests to the EMS instead?

Good point, I didn't really think about that too much.

With the original idea of my post, I would want the most organs to viable. One thought that occurs is to tattoo something along the lines of DNR/ "Do not help, simply harvest my organs", so any medical practicioner on the scene would follow said command.

Gonna be honest, flame of life is flickering alot more than usual this week, to the point that I geniunely want to do something. However, I have a few who depend on me and prove it impossible for me to catch a bus. The worst part is that I clearly still want some stuff in reality, but it's just so much effort to obtain, I just want to finish already
