Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Good morning, as my English is bad enough and I do not have a scale at this time I wanted to ask how much sn should be taken.
Would a large tablespoon be enough?
in pharmacies without a prescription they only sell a few lozenges, would that be a good option?
I also wanted to know if the 48-hour regimen only the last 8 must be without eating, thank you.

Milk of Magnesia is over the counter, it is against heartburn.
And yes, only last 8 hours should be dedicated to fasting. According to Stan's Guide which you can find in Resources, the amount of hours can be reduced knowing your metabolism. But anyway, better safe than sorry, nothing will happen if you don't eat 8 hours in a row.
According to Stan's guide, those would probably be alright. Be careful, because a possible side effect of high doses of things containing magnesium is diarrhea, which you probably don't want to worry about during this.
I'd personally try for one of the acid reducers like Tagamet instead.
