You don't want a heart attack, you want cardiac arrest. The former is painful as hell and not often fatal (sufferers will go through many heart attacks before they actually die).
Cardiac arrest means your heart stops. Like when a criminal is arrested, the criminal is stopped.
The only way to induce cardiac arrest without any drugs or drowning is through commotio cordis, but this is so rare that you are more likely to get hit by lightning.

There is also a product called cream of tartar. It is mostly potassium. I don't know how much you would need to cause heart complications tho. However it doesn't taste very good when you eat too much. I ate a small bottle of it. Maybe several bottles are needed.

How about stimulants. Im talking shit like Adderall or Ritalin. Im sure if you have no tolerance and you drank a 30 day script it would probably fuck you up. Probably like an od on meth. Not sure if it would give you a stroke, heart attack or cardiac arrest though. Im not that clued up with it. Just something that popped up in my mind.

There is no amount of food you will be able to eat to overdose on potassium. Having had hypokalemia you can't just eat bananas or cream of tartar to get your potassium levels up. They prescribe something like this https://www.rxlist.com/k-lor-drug.htm and it's quite dangerous as potassium levels if too high cause heart failure. I don't know though in people who don't have issues as obviously I'm not a doctor. I don't think it would be easy though as if taking vitamins or supplements could kill people it would be talked about.
