few days ago tried to get help for once in my life, hoping for the best and got brutally snapped back to reality. doc is not cooperative at all and a glorified pharmacist at best. paid $150 for consultation just to get snri prescribed. gee thanks i guess. what a great way to nuke my libido

In my experience, the psychiatrist is very emotionally dull therapist. I just tell her how my life is going and nothing deep. Just, yep I'm doing this at my job and this thing in my free time and that's it.
Pretty boring.

they always gaslight you and say "you need to put in effort for your recovery" and "therapy is 50/50" but dont they realize i am literally ILL and dont want to help myself??
my parents annoy me this way "MUH JUST PUSH THROUGH YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT IN YOU" yeah okay
