I have so many things I need to get done. It feels like nothing is working. I can only do very little actual work, and it feels more like stalling rather than anything actually productive. I'm thinking of just not letting myself eat until I actually get the things I want done. Or maybe for every day I don't do anything, I'll just not eat for the next. Probably a bad idea for my actual ability to function, which therefore impedes my goals, but it's honestly my best idea.

Anyone have any tips? I'm at a total loss

I'm in the same position.

Some days I literally can't get anything done, but other days I have energy and still don't do anything.
I used to be so motivated by deadlines, but now I just feel apathetic towards everything.

If Im really tired or unfocused I try to go to a public resturant and work for a little bit and then eat. The promise of food motivates me to get things done, and eating gives me a little break in between tasks. Or coffee helps too if I just feel like falling back asleep.

Same problem. Caffeine helps sometimes.

Best advice honestly is to just sit your ass and start. When people say that it doesn't mean it's that easy, or easy. Only that you just gotta push through the first 5-10 min or so of wanting to look literally anywhere else until you kick into gear, then it only gets easier to keep going.
Try and tell yourself you are only going to do that thing for 10 min but, importantly, actually start and do that thing for those 10 min. And when the clock reaches that see if you find yourself not struggling that bad to keep going.
Also worth noting, depression and suicidal thoughts and all those brain worms we the people here share can often not make any of that posible and that's ok too. Try and be kind with yourself when that happens <3
