Method probably a very dump question but can you ctb via apple seeds?

ok so hear me out, apple seeds have cyanide in them right? (so do certain almonds iirc i remember nilered extracting it from them they might work), would it be possible to buy a bunch of apples, extract the seeds, then like crush them up and put them in a liquid or something and then drink it to give yourself cyanide poisoning? i'm not sure how many you'd need but apples have like a fair few seeds in them, so would this be possible?

also bonus question, if this isnt feasible, are there any fruits it would be feasible with? (honestly extracting it from bitter almonds might be better, the nilered video on it iirc made it seem pretty easy so like)

Poisoning from apple seeds basically does not happen. Toxicology mention it because the chemistry exists, not because it's a real-world situation.
You'd have to actively be going out of your way to try and doing so would be a waste of time.

Apple seeds was going to be my ctb method but after reading the consequences of a failed attempt i don't think it's worth it
it won't really be a pleasant death too and has a very low rate of success

i have seen people in the forum discussing extracting poison from plants and other fruits so i think there are but i don't remember maybe if you dig a bit more deeply you may find them

i found the video, he literally just crushes up the almonds and puts them in water and it makes a seemingly significant amount of hydrogen cyanide gas

Cyanide lethality sits at a quantity of about 200mg for most adults according to this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK507796/

(200/0.5)*10=4000 apple seeds required for the average adult to reach a quantity that should be lethal—but that is assuming that the quantity of cyanide is perfect for every portion of 10 apple seeds and does not significantly vary depending on the kinds of apples sourced. Assuming any one apple you buy at the grocery store contains 10, you would need to extract the seeds from the cores of 400 apples. Also, apple seeds do not contain cyanide itself, but amygdalin which is turned into cyanide by chewing them.

You would have to grind, or manually chew, those 4000 seeds extracted from 400 apples. If you chewed them one after another, you would probably have to do it in a short timeframe, depending on the duration of cyanide in the system. How much of the amygdalin is converted into cyanide may also vary, and you would have to account for spillage from seeds you lose during the process from dropping them (practically impossible to perfectly account for 4000 seeds without equipment), from spit, or from inefficient intake for other reasons.

All-in-all it is theoretically low-key accessible since anyone can buy apples almost anywhere, but you would have to buy 400 of them or more and also process them without anyone else realizing. Since 4000 seeds almost certainly will not contain sufficient amygdalin, let's say you would need upwards of 4500 seeds just to account for various inefficiencies, and that's not to talk of the difficult intake process. I'm not sure whether you must specifically *chew* them to convert the amygdalin into cyanide, which if it were necessary would make this practically impossible to achieve in due time. If it isn't, I guess you could grind them into powder and turn it into a sort of drink? Just use another method to CBA.

You would need way more than that for sure.

You need 1-3 mg/kg of body weight if ingested.

Nah absolutely not, I say far too much shit; I did just run numbers based on readily available things like LD50s and amount of the substance per seeds.

Like what methods?? It has become impossible to get your hands on SN. The good old rope requires sooo much work (finding a good rope with good spot and spotting the carotid artery). All jumping spots are now monitored. They have left us nothing to work with.

i had some sn stashed away but i lost it, idk if i misplaced it or my parents found it and realised what it was and took it but like idk
