Preliminary SN protocol ideas

Hey all,

before I decide on my SN protocol and post it here for review, I wanted to post the substances I'll have available and listen to you guys' protocol proposals that I could use.

In other words: what would your SN protocol look like if you had access to the following?
- metoclopramide
- alprazolam
- clonazepam

I'm especially interested in how you would handle taking benzodiazepenes around taking the actual SN.

PPH states that you should take your dose after SN, but that seems like nonsense to me. With a fast-acting benzo like alprazolam, you need 15 minutes for it to start working, and that's plenty of time for all of the unpleasant effects of SN to kick in.

I was wondering about this too, from my understanding it would be better to take the benzo, allow it to kick in a little bit, and then consume the SN so that the benzo will start peaking while the SN starts building up. I also hope in my case since I have zero benzo tolerance, that the benzos would help me blackout/lose consciousness before the SN starts making me panic too much. I do seem to handle panic well though as I've been able to get through some rather subjectively terrifying experiences.
