Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Just wondering, not that it'll affect my decision, but are there any safety considerations to take if practicing partial? Is it possible, to accidentally pass or something? And what are people's experiences?
You can hang yourself (full and partial) non lethally very simple: Throw the rope over a horizontal beam, put the noose around your neck and hold the other end of the rope with your hands, never fix it. Once you hang, you will pass out quickly and fall on the ground which should be therefore very soft.
