I`d be ashamed to post a picture of what i have just eaten , Asda Microwave cottage pie , mush in a tray , i dont know how they get away with the description on the boxes
I usually always make my own with best minced steak but as i threw all my food out and emptied my chest freezer i dont have anything in and i'm just buying crap when i get too hungry .

I would photograph the two spoonsful of leftover soup that my sister left in the refrigerator for three days. But I ate it.

Thick canned beef and veg soup. It's cheap and easy. I added chopped leaks, kale and mixed beans. Plus chile powder, tumeric and paprika. Made a huge broth. Followed by mixed berries, fruit pieces, Greek yoghurt, ground walnuts, ground flax seeds and inulin supplement.

Sounds like a royal feast to my ears. Especially the Greek yoghurt with berries and walnuts.

I made leek & potato soup today, I loved every spoonful of it. It's the first time I added thyme and it was really tasty. It's probably one of my favourite recipes.

Just ate one of these really weird nuts. They're called water caltrops. It was dry and bland but it looks pretty cool.

No picture but the last of a can of black eyed peas warmed, half of an avocado because it will go bad soon, on a warm flour tortilla with a dash of salt and Louisiana hot sauce. Just what was in the fridge and needed eating or throwing out soon.

Actually pretty good.

I don't have a picture of the final product but this is a photo of some salmon fillets I seasoned and then barbecued last night, they were yum :)

edit: they were seasoned in ground coriander seeds, cumin, turmeric, sumac, and of course salt & pepper :)

I've heard of people putting pumpkin in mac and cheese...have you ever tried that?
