Please I'm desperate. I need to kill myself fast

Hi,

I'm sitting here needing help, please help me. I need to kill myself quickly and I need help finding a method that is easy to do with a high success rate. I'm scared I will panic but I need to do this. Please help me find a way.

I hope theres some serious thought put behind this post. Impulsivity is not a great thing to have when it comes to ending your life. I hope whatever pain you are going through is over quickly. Nobody on this site will tell you how to kill yourself. There is a mega thread you can read and it has resources. I wish there was a quick and easy way out but unfortunately, none of it is easy in my opinion.

I've been thinking about it for years, it's just very hard to find ways to actually cbt in Canada as most stuff is illegal. Life has just suddenly taken a very hard turn and I want to go through with it.

I really understand, I just wish to be free from this dreadful, torturous existence as well and I see so much cruelty in how painless ways to cease existing are denied, all I want is to never suffer in this existence ever again, it's such a horrific world where suicide is seen as a crime with the suffering of existing seen as to prolong no matter what, I hope you find peace, I wish you the best.
