Planning on jumping any tips

28th floor is the highest I have access too I wanted to just confirm that will that be enough to kill me and how do I fight my si to allow me to jump like my body just dosent wanna do it idk why like it's kinda weird

Well, I'm not an expert and I don't want to take responsibility for whether it's enough or not.
Especially since I have trouble estimating height by sight.
