I was practicing partial hanging and my whole body went numb for about 10 seconds after before it faded. Am i doing something wrong or did i finally get it right?

Probably time. The sensation you're describing sounds like what you should aim for. I wager if you'd have waited a few moments more, you would've passed out and that would have been it.
