Help partial suspension vs full suspension risks

is an extension cord good for hanging. i have no access to rope, no firearm and i can't get SN cuz my parents watch my packages and finances. in my basement there's a hook attached to the short ceiling with a punching bag, i'm going to take off the punching and tie a slipknot with an extension cord and hang myself. the issue is that it's a very short ceiling. if i do partial suspension is there a chance if i regain my footing or move to a position where my brain starts getting oxygen again, i dont wanna be a vegetable. so basically do u guys think partial hanging is ok or risky? and how should i position myself if u think its a good idea. what are the risks. help!

Look up marcus jannes here, apparently that's one of the better positions because it would extremely hard for you to regain your footing
