Partial is going as is should until I reach the point of near unconsciousness

During the sub-unconscious state, I begin to flail around and it loosens whichever rope I've wrapped around myself.
I can't help it, and this is when I am unable to think. I don't realize that I'm doing until after I've aborted the procedure by flailing out of there.

How can I stop this?

My ligature is a fabric belt tied in a square knot [rope too short for slip knot.]
the anchor is a door handle

I'd like to say boldly that I am so very close. All that's left are the final details, and they happen to be the most important portion.

Oh dude, how do you get to a sub- unconcious state? How long did that take you? Did you happen to time your attempts?

I have done partial hanging testing and only recently had my face/jaw spasm a little. Never gone unconcious tho :(

I followed the partial guide in the mega thread, the dizzy stage which is also the sub-unconscious stage comes when I apply my body weight with my head drooped. I found dizziness was induced especially quick when I leaned in to one side. It takes around 5 seconds to get into that stage. I haven't timed my procedures, but I play music. Judging from the amount of time which elapses from the amount of music which plays, it turns out to be about 30s to 1min per cycle of normal to dizzy to recovery.

Partial Hanging survivor here,
I think the issue is is that whatever you are trying to achieve pressure from is "inconsistent" meaning that if you move around for the sake of this example lets say u need 3kg pressure to pass out, but when ur head move a bit sub unconsciously? as u describe it? that pressure may become 2.7kg or 2.5kg and so on.

I made a similar thread addressing my partial hanging experience in which i totally passed out but managed to survive.
