Partial hanging doesn't work for me

So I've tried partial hanging with a slipknot but I can't seem to lose conscious. I feel my pulse beating fast and my head feels like it's tightening with pain and going to explode. Am I doing it wrong? Because I need to ctb within the next year.

I've tried this method several times. It'll probably be my next attempt, as I think I e gotten closest with it. I run into the same problems.
