I'm gong to be ctb with partial hanging tonight or tomorrow. I'm going to be using my closet poll and a tie. I did a slip knot. I'm about 130lbs so I hope this holds up, I tried pressing down hard and seem fine. Lease confirm noose slip knot part and the tie at the pole is accurate. I've never made a knot before. Could you look at my set up and confirm this will be successful. What are the steps to take once you put your head in, to make sure this is successful.
TL;DR It might work if you're 'lucky', but there are potential problems with this setup.
"I'm gong to be ctb with partial hanging tonight or tomorrow" – this is alarming. Perhaps don't do it, or if you're determined, at least give yourself some time to plan it and do it right.
The Noose Knot can be unreliable on its own and can slip. A stopper knot is required on the tail end to make it secure (tutorials:
Noose Knot, and
Arbor Knot)
I don't know what knot you used on the bar, but the length of the tail is too short. There should always be at least a 10-15 cm tail left after any knot, otherwise there's a risk it comes undone. Possibly add a stopper knot here too for extra security.
It's impossible to tell from the picture whether that bar is strong enough. You might want to move the anchor point to one side. If it's in the middle, there is a higher risk it snaps in half. But then again, what holds the bar isn't visible, and that can be a weak point as well.
The overall height of the setup seems way too low for doing it in an optimal position. Regarding positions in partial, you could check these comments:
