Do you experience paranoia? I am searching for cameras in my apartment. I feel like someone is spying on me.

I have. And I thought they were listening through the vents or had put cameras in them. I don't think they actually did.

Yeah many times, i always feel like someone is staring at me through my windows and that they hid camera's around the house for like a secret government thing. I don't think they did but i still get that feeling from time to time.

Yeah I have psychosis. The paranoia comes back and I'm on an as needed medication again for it and an antipsychotic. There's been so many stupid things, I thought the police planted a dead animal in my path once to see if I would take a bone and to upset me. That happened twice! Lmao

Mostly no, thankfully. It must be awful to feel afraid/ worried so much.

I know very well there are no cameras set in my apartment but I cannot help it when I feel paranoid.

My worry, especially the possibilities that arise, is what mostly shapes my experience of paranoia. Some, like ensuring that all of my home's doors are closed to deter burglaries, are inevitable. Others are more subtle, and I think my more invasive thoughts are what set them off. For example: I shouldn't hold the fork in a particular position or for an extended period of time, lest I be overcome by the urge to take my eye out.

Most of them may be categorized as "normal" worries.

Yes, I keep thinking someone has put a tiny camera in my smoke alarm when Ive been out of my flat.
Id remove the smoke alarm but I cant because its hard wired into the building and Id be in breach of tenancy if I removed it.

All the time, I delete my search history and I use a VPN and tor whenever I look for drugs or methods just so I can make sure no one and nothing can track me.
