Panic attack that came with sewing instructions

I dunno man, i have a fairly bad panic attack, it forces me to choose a sewing project, then kinda just beams the instructions on how to do all the little parts i never knew how to do in my head, then fucks off. Guess i'm making a lined vest out using a military shirt as a pattern, the great panic attack has decideth it. Ngl, this is an upgrade over just having the normal ''OCD'' panic attack where i reorganise everything until i faint, then wake up not having any idea where anything is because some dumb ass reorganised everything, again.
