I've needed to off myself for 3 years straight but the only thing stopping me is the pain and risk of failed attempt. Fentanyl seems to have a ridiculously low lethal dose so seems like a good choice. My issue Is I wouldn't know how to get a hold of Fent in the UK. It's hard enough trying to find SN with the esoteric messages around this place. I'm not Dark Web savvy so how can I go about finding access to a painless suicide method?

Hanging is accessbile to everyone and its 100% reliable if you do it correctly.
However its not completely painless for the 10-15 seconds required for unconsciousness
Not if you're 6'5" and your tallest available anchor point is only seven feet off the ground...
10-15 seconds is quite a short period of time.
