I'm thinking, overdose on mirtazipine, lamotrigine or promethazine, does anyone know the fatal overdose? I'm thinking of not taking them orally as I could easily vomit the medication but instead taking the medication anally thus preventing vomiting, thoughts?

It's just not lethal enough. If you want swallow pills check amitrpytline cocktail.

You'll probably just end up in the ER with Serotonin Syndrome and have to be given charcoal. SSRIs are rarely lethal because they aren't likely to cause cardiac arrest like TCAs.
