Help Overdose on prozac??

i know this probably won't kill me, but i impulsively took anywhere from 290-580 mg of prozac. im really worried about going to the hospital because i will probably go to residential care if i go again. just wondering what to expect and if to get medical attention

The only case report I could find that was not bloody paywalled cited an amount significantly higher than what you took as fatal. It is very difficult to kill yourself with SSRIs.

However, I would keep an eye out for symptoms of an overdose. Drink plenty of water to help your kidneys flush it out.

Prozac alone is rarely fatal. Out of 633 overdoses there were only 34 deaths.
