Over explaining

I have this habit of over explaining which I think I developed cause of chronic neglect, invalidation and gaslighting and my anxiety.
Unfortunately some people in my life purposely trigger me so that I go into an over explaining mode and later laugh about it on my face

I used to do this, but I've stopped since it always resulted in intense humiliation and never led to better understanding.
