Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How do I obtain climbing rope for hanging without it being mailed to my house? Can I have it ordered to the ups or FedEx facility or something?

Look for 5/8 inch double braided line. A hardware store should have it.

Yes, there are post offices where you can get them. But you need to sign up for a P.O. box. It would cost around 30 bucks if you are willing to spend the extra cash. If you live in the united states it should be fairly easy: https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm.

Mail order rope?
Better to order it (dock line) from Walmart and have in store pick-up (free). It comes in a brown cardboard box. Nobody will ask questions. It is retail, not the Inquisition.

Amazon has a dropbox feature where you can have your package delivered to a location near you and pick it up there. I've never used it but you should look into it.

Try sporting goods stores such as Cabella's or search for climbing rope. Should be able to find a walk-in store.
