I see people saying this and mentioning that it's the dumbest way to kys, i thought it's the easiest and less painful way. they say it'll fuck your organs also the survival rate is high. Now I'm reconsidering it

Impulsive or impassioned is perhaps a alternative term for 'dumb', but regardless, yes, survival rates are measured at 92-98%. Lasting damage depends on a variety of factors, but does indeed occur in roughly 1/5 people according to google.
