A few days ago I watched a few gore videos, including the funkytown video, and a video of a man getting shot in the head. (DON'T look it up). I have since forgotten what they actually looked like but I feel like I have a sort of "craving" to rewatch them, I know it would only be bad and that I would wish I didn't, but I really want to. (Literally please don't watch gore videos, it's genuinely horrifying, way worse than just hearing about it)

A lot of humans innately have a sense of morbid curiosity, public executions used to be a spectacle. I used to watch a lot of gore videos, it didn't affect me much until I started having nightmares and always feeling very on edge. Brutal death isn't something you should be consuming regularly. It can be somewhat difficult once you get a craving to watch them, but you should try your best to steer clear of gore.

I'd advice you to remove the web address, then.

I agree with your conclusions, but the post comes through as a veiled attempt at sharing the content.

I remember chatting with an AI, and it gave me a link to a Telegram chat about mental health. The chat was dead, I scrolled up a bit and saw a few videos of beheadings and really deep and confident cuts on hands. That day was so bad I wanted to cut my hands for the first time, but those videos made me physically sick, so I couldn't think of doing

That was not my intention, I am so sorry, how can I, if possible, edit the message?

You can only edit fresh posts (not sure about the time limit).
A moderator could probably help you, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. It's not the first or the last gore link around the forums.

Watching those videos depends on the person, that stuff isn't for everyone. I've watched a lot of them, it opens your eyes to all the evil shit that humans do. It makes sense to wanna rewatch them, it's crazy stuff you've never seen before. There's tiktoks about gore videos, and people in the comments are always asking, "where can i watch it?" Don't watch gore videos because they can traumatize you.
