hello SS recovery forum,

i'm not dead just yet! in fact, i'm back on track. 5 days self-harm free, and plannng to go a lot longer. as the title says, i'm not giving up. it's easier to do the best you can (despite how little you think that is), and harder to stay stuck in a rut. i deserve to recover.. and so do you.

unexplainedExplorer, over and out. take care.

Congratulations on getting off to a good start.Sometimes a hole in the schedule can kill recovery momentum. You may wish to have some "plan B" options lined up to carry you through if this happens.
