it seems so complicated and i feel like im just testing plain water which keeps coming up as nitrate. i think im just going to take it without testing it but that seems too risky and im scared. but i want to do it so bad but i feel like i dont have the guts to do it.

i did the second test with 2 cups and this is the result i got, first is cup 2 second is cup 1. does this mean the sn i have is pure?
No one got back with you, yet, in the other thread you posted in? I'd rather let the "experts" there comment on your results. Where is the "color key" that came on your container of test strips? Need to compare it to that. All the test brands have their own color key.

Did you still not get any response in your other post? The issue with me is I'm not sure how to reconcile your results with those from the other person in the (older) link I shared that you used. They're talking results of 10mg/L, which is supposedly good, and their "color key" seems to go up to 10 ppm.......while your color key seems to only go up to 3 ppm. I don't want to tell you bad information either with, yeah, it's good, or no, it's not. To me it definitely looks like there's something nitrite present in your SN, but really that's as far as I want to go. Have you done a blood test yet? Was it dark chocolate brown? Someone will chime in here. Just have to be a little more patient.

Yeah, I don't know how accurate the measurements could be using tablespoons. If you decide to use it for ctb, and by no stretch am I telling you that you should, I'd still stick with the 25g in 50ml of water, regardless of your small size. Will you be following the rest of the SN protocol?

I sure wish someone else would jump in here and give their opinion on your test.

It's probably no worse than any other method really.

inert gas asphyxiation but i always get scared and pull the bag off my head when i try that. i feel too chicken to try the sn too
You already have the setup for inert gas? Not sure you're going to get a "better" way. Is it just "you" panicking and ripping the bag off, OR is there build-up of CO2 causing it?
