I can't say too much, but I've gone back to a recovery college, where I'm now involved in workshops to improve my life, subjects we cover include, how to cope with panic attacks, sorting out finances, and healthy eating, I can't name the charity, its a local one, but there are loads throughout the UK. Hoping everyone is ok.

Not everyone gets good life skills from parents or school here in the US either. We could use some recovery colleges ourselves.

Oh, I didn't know such a thing existed. I even made a post some time ago about something that sounds similar to what you're describing?
It's really nice that they can have that kind of holistic impact!
