Is it possible to make a lethal dose of nicotine poison from store bought tobacco? If so, any instructions on how to do it?

I used to vape before and had one bottle of pure Nicotine for mixing think i calculated that that one bottle was more then enough to get LD50 but i guess Nicotine OD is probably not a good way to go
