• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

    Donate via cryptocurrency:

    Bitcoin (BTC):
    Ethereum (ETH):

note : If you want to talk to anyone privately (instead of posting on threads), then you can use "PM" (PM = personal message, a bit like sending someone an email)
You need to make at least 5 posts and need to have been active for at least 24 hours to get access.
If you don't know what to post, you can post in some of the "games" threads (see "offtopic" section).
Once you have PM access, when you hover the mouse pointer over a user name, you will see a "start conversation" button...

Thanks i am just waiting for activation. I do hope the original poster can contact me soon. I have opened a thread as I have heard similar issues including mandatory detox in som instances.

You need to have severe debilitating panic attacks , requiring immediate relief , used scarcely , to be prescribed benzos .

Other option is a dire emotional distress, like losing a spouse, or similar disastrous event ("need help now")

You may also need to build trust with physician and show you're a responsible patient .

I got lots of prescriptions over the years . I always know the symptoms (and experience something similar), say I'm very worried and cautious (true), ask to try 5 pills, and a month later come back to to say they really helped.

I don't have panic attacks so could you give me some pointers on what to say when I go in next? I've searched up the symptoms; the last time I went in and said that "sometimes my heart races really quick and I feel dizzy" she prescribed me propranolol (beta-blocker). I've been her patient for a few months now and I've never directly asked for a medication before so I think she trusts me. Just confused on what to say tbh.
