How would I find out if can get to scotland? apart from ordering it and never arriving. Also if caught the consequences? Jail in this condition omg

The peaceful pill say that if it's found at border control people usually get a letter saying that was bad and we are keeping it or sometimes a welfare check from the police but rarely charged.
