I'm all set to go in terms of method- have plenty of cyanide as I am a chemist (lucky me). I've gone to do it at my office several times, got the cyanide dissolved (at least 8x what will be necessary) and can't come up with the guts to drink it. I keep worrying how my wife and kids will cope, but I am 100% certain they will be better off when I'm gone.

How do I actually DO this? I know it sounds like a dumb question but I keep faltering.
