I would not trust the hook for a fan. You are going to be heavier than a fan. Not sure about the rope.

Imo, that anchor is not strong enough to support your weight. And the rope could work, but it's really not the best kind for slippage. Too hard to tell from pic about size and strength of rope.

i weigh around 50 to 55 kg i think and you are right about the rope its hard to knot as its stiff but it is strong do you think a specific knot would be good for it or should i just change the rope the anchor point i think should be good because i think the hook is in the ceiling and it has held that fan for years but of course i will double check it by hanging onto it with my arm if not this rope what kind is best for hanging

Anchor & Rope test:

Tie the rope to the anchor, grab the rope with your hands and swing around with your full body weight for a while.

Check if the anchor and rope can hold your body.

I doubt the fan weighs anywhere near 50 to 55 kg. Usually cheap screws hold up a fan, nowhere near strong enough to hold body weight. You need some type of slip knot for the part around your neck. Yeah, that rope is rough, not smooth, not likely to slip easily.

If the rope is old, I don't think it's ideal to use it.
You can get a new one online, I got mine from amazon, just type "thick hemp rope" and you'll find many options, you can also choose the length and thickness you want.

That anchor point definitely seems very risky I'd highly recommend you check all alternatives before deciding to do that. The rope is very iffy if you dont know the tensile strength beforehand and it seems pretty old. Please make sure you test both the rope and the anchor point before coming to a final decision.
