Just wondering, probably doesn't exists but think there's a nation corrupt and poor enough that no one cares about another dead body and you can basically just buy a gun and do it? Venezuela is probably like this.

What's also funny is that a murder investigation never gets half as much effort from the police as a suicide investigation.Those exhaustive suicide inquiries in the EU are laughable while murders go unsolved.
