Seeing different threads here, am confused. PPH book only says SN and something to prevent throwing-up. So, why are people on here getting a raft of other stuff?? I've only procured SN and Metoclopramide 10mg. What more should I get??

To give a TLDR of stan's guide... all you need is SN & some strong will power to not call for help (if you can hold it down)
meto is obviously used to stop throwing the SN up so is a very safe buy
anything else is just reducing the risk of failure/maximising comfort & not required unless you really want to be thorough
