It's probably much the same size. I'm not suggesting you need a 12" monster dildo.

I had to have a camera put up there to biopsy for GVHD, they did an enema prior to clean it out. I was able to hold it for a few mins, but then my whole life fell out of me.

Yes, i definitely recommend practicing if you want to do the enema route. Do an enema to clean your bowels out then do a practice to see how long warm water absorbs through your rectum...

I'm actually considering this option! Amazon sells enemas that would hold 2-3 bottles of 100ml N. It takes taste, vomiting, and anti-emetics out of the equation. It's also the way Marylin Monroe went out.
