N and consciousness/ dreams before ctb.

So, N has not been my method of choice before, but I guess I'm getting a bit more interested as it seems availability is getting better.. so I want to look into it more. I know once it is consumed unconsciousness sets in quickly, but that can potentially last a few hours before death. Is there any way to know what the level of mental activity/ thoughts/ dreams occur before death? Probably a stupid question and if so I'm sorry.. but are you unconscious like under general anaesthetic? Or is there any level of awareness? I get full on lucid dreams a lot so the idea of any awareness scares me.

Well, that's a very difficult thing to know since most people who took it effectively died.
I remember to have read somewhere on this site of a guy who took N but was saved.
All he remembered was slowly drifting of to sleep and that was it.

Ok.. I guess that's reassuring. I've never had dreams when under anaesthetic so just wondered if it works the same way.

I'm going by watching my brother before he died and he kept saying I'm coming now Mom. Maybe you dream of the loved ones who are waiting for you. That would be really nice
