N and antipsychotics

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone knows/has any experience with Seroquel (quetiapine). Know this could affect N from working and wanted to get a sense of how long I have to be off it to make sure it doesn't interfere with things.

Quetiapine half life is up to 12 hours. 4 half lifes is needed to get to a level that is negligible. So at least 48 hours without quetiapine is needed.
But I am not an expert.
