Hotel room is booked for 2 nights (not that I actually plan on staying that long). Kind of nervous about it, but that's probably just my social anxiety at work.
I haven't eaten anything since like 9 or 10pm yesterday and I don't plan on eating anything later today, so that's it for my fasting. The bus will probably arrive arround midnight.
I'm not sure if I will actually take the antacid, as I've seen posts on here discussing (and questioning) it's usefulness. As far as I understand it taking the antacid may increase the speed of SN absorption and ultimately death. Not taking it however may make me loose consciousness quicker. Given that I'll probably (definitely) be very nervous it seems like the smarter move would be to leave out the antacid. Just take the Meto and SN and wait. I'll go with about 25g of SN.
I'm also considering smoking a bit of weed (using a vaporizer, so technically it's more like vaping, I guess) to help me calm myself down a bit and be more relaxed.
Does anyone have knowledge about that? Is there any reason not to do it?
Oh, btw: I caught a cold the other day. Silly question I know but will that negatively affect me in regards to the SN? I mean I don't think so, but can't hurt to ask if someone knows.
Did I forget anything? The stat SN procotol really isn't complicated, but as I just said: Can't hurt to ask to make sure.

| 1 hour before drinking SN | 600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any pain killer as long as you stay within the recommended dose |
