• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hey on the bright side you don't need a gym to workout or train specific muscle groups or lose weight
For weight loss you need a caloric deficit or so I've heard and cutting out sugars and carbs, eating more filling foods so you don't snack, all things I've heard
Muscle groups you could buy weights or just go into calisthenics
Just walking around for like 10 minutes a day is enough and recommended
I know it's hard, I'm a fat too...I was almost 300lbs at my largest and I'm not tall, ~5'3''

Sounds like a severe lack of competition, and a good business opportunity.
Maybe you can solve the problem for yourself and others, while also making a profit?

Like others have said, real training does not require fancy facilities, brands, or whatever they use to justify premium fees.
