I think my best method now, since it seems next to impossible to get hold of any SN, is to take a large OD of zopiclone and walk or jump into the ocean. I had a failed hanging earlier in the year and ended up with a broken wrist, so I don't fancy that route again, thoughts?

I'm sorry you're so desperate but Zopiclone is a non-Method and drowning is also very unpleasant.
