Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Only info I've seen on dignitas are the two videos. One from the Terry Pratchett documentary where the man took less than two minutes, and the French woman who took around four minutes. I'm not sure how much was edited in either.

Those ten minutes would be a really damn long ten minutes.
I've been faffing about with my exit bag, putting it on, letting the CO2 build, just trying to acclimate myself to having it over my head for the night I fill it with N2 and do it for real. Even with as much of the atmosphere squeezed out as I can manage, it still takes several minutes before the hypercapnic alarm kicks in to where I need to pull it off and breathe. I know --or have heard-- that N2 will make blackout come much faster, but it's still a bit rattling to me, sitting there waiting for something to happen.
If I were using N (don't I wish!), I'd want it to hit as fast and hard as possible.
I know there are things to make doseage more potent/effective, but does anyone know if there's an accelerant for N?

I am not too concerned about the length of time for N to kick in, I have an mp3 player setup with Pie Jesus by Hayley Westenra ready to go. Once I have drunk the N I will put the headphones on, relax in my bath, drink my champagne and listen to that song. If it takes longer then it just moves on to more Hayley Westenra songs.
If you were there in silence with just your thoughts then I can imagine it would be a long time just waiting, I'd really recommend an mp3 player and some music to help soothe you during the last few minutes, have your favourite songs lined up so you can enjoy them one last time.
Obviously I am talking about N with the above, there would be little point trying to listen to music if you are hanging etc!

"Barbiturates are derivatives of barbituric acid and are classified as either short- or long-acting. The short-acting barbiturates (e.g., pentobarbital) when compared to long-acting agents differ by more rapid onset [...] have a shorter duration of action [...] . Pentobarbital possesses a duration of action of three to four hours and a variable elimination half-life of 15 to 48 hours."
If I read this correctly, pentobarbitol --aka N-- acts quickly, but doesn't last very long. Which would mean not only is a lethal dose of X amount, but you need to get that dose into your system rapidly, rather than spread out over time. So depending on how fast your body can absorb liquid, diluting X with whatever --beer, fruit juice, etc.-- could slow uptake of that dose and make it ineffective.
