It seems with each good day there is an equally bad day. I've been feeling pretty good these last few days. Better then I've felt in a long while. But I know this won't keep up. And I'd hate to see how bad it's going to be.

I couldn't agree any more on this. As sad as it is, as painful as it is, there will always be that one "horrific day" that will make us forget about the good we may or may not have yet experienced. It's saddening really... Perhaps it's like they say, that the bad and good are linked and one can not exist without the other, but it still doesn't justify anything and make it any less unfair. Or less painful. Speaking of bad days... I can relate for today when it comes to that.
Very meaningful post though. Truth spoken above.

You don't want apprehension about tomorrow to darken today. If you are batting .500 (50% good days), experimentation might shine a light on how to move that to 67%.

Experimentation might also shine a light on how to make "bad" days less bad. For example, if people are giving you a hard time on a bad day, reducing your contact with them on that day might lessen the total impact.

i get the idea but im not sure how to go about it in my case. its completely a mental thing where the "voices in my head" decided to be more vocal and im a lot more suicidal then usual
