Help my eyesight has gone bad after hanging

i tried partial hanging today more as SH than to ctb but my eyes felt like they were about to explode which, from what i gather, happens often. But this time I am now seeing a lot more blurry (i should mention that i need glasses because my right eye is bad but this time both eyes were blurry) I had this when i did full suspension a year ago and my eyes haven't been the same since. Does anybody know why this is?

the lack of the oxygen to the brain during the hanging can injure the back of your brain or the optic nerves, leading to blurred or patchy vision, color-vision loss or even blind spots ^_^

Interocular pressure. Your eyeballs are not meant to be squeezed like what happens when fluids back up in your head during strangulation. The pressure gets too high, you can rupture tissues, peel off your retinas, do some real damage.

I tried partial hanging in the beginning of febuary and ended up bursting the blood vessels in my eyes. I then started to notice my eyesight slowly getting worse and everything in the distance becoming blurrier when previously I was able to see long distance. I ended up needing glasses but im not sure if it was due to the attempted hanging or the medication im on as one of the side effects is blurry vision.

Do you think the doctor-specsaver person thingy will notice or know i've been hanging myself in the yearly checkup because i'm going with my dad to get him new glasses and i don't want't the dude to say anything abt hangning

Opiate is my number one. I have used that before. I have no access to that currently. SN is what I think about now. There is a process to get that also however. It has to be done quietly, or I could wind up with people watching me again.

No access to opiates either else I'd go there.
I considered an ungodly amount of coke as easy access there

I went to specsavers for a eye test on the 31st March and I tried partial hanging in early febuary and burst the blood vessels in my eyes. When she was asking the basic questions she asked if I had any eye injurys or damage. I didnt mention the hanging and said no. I don't think they're able to tell if you've been hanging yourself unless you tell them yourself.

I was unconscious for a bit but i hung myself next to the bed and had slumped against it so It stopped suffocating me
