Venting My experience with partying

This has all happened in the span of two months and the last party I was at was about a month and a half ago

I drank, smoked, and tried a bunch of things for the first time at three parties, I ended up embarrassing myself.

At the first one, I got drunk, had my first kiss with a random girl, and then bragged about it while I was still drunk. At the second, I got drunk again and went through intense mood swings. I got angry at a guy just for talking to a girl I wasn't even dating, and later that night I became overly touchy with another girl and asked her to go somewhere private with me. At the third party, I got tipsy off three beers and blew up when I saw my ex-talking-stage sitting on another guy's lap. I ended up saying a lot of horrible things about her.

I feel like this all has really ruined my reputation and I regret everything everyday. I had thoughts of CTB before this but now the thoughts are more frequent and intense. I know this with probably pass but I can't live with myself

How did you have an relationship with your ex girlfriend without kissing? Just curious here

Besides that, I don't know your age but if an 18-20 year old told me this, I would say: yeah, happens to a lot of people in that age span and it is good you feel guilty, but it is "kind of normal". If you are above 30 then I would regard this in a different way
