Help my doc needs to up my doses lorazapam 0.5mg x2 to x4 daily intake

i need them to function properly , taking 2 doses isnt enough , 4 doses is the max min i should be taking. panick attacks , strong feeeling of suicidal.

mine is the 0.5mg . whats the issue with 0.5mg cant they give 2 mg
