Hello,

I would like to share my channel where I recorded my state of mind during different parts of my psychological suffering (depression, anxiety and everything in between).
The goal is not to promote anything more than it is to meet with likeminded minds and help some of you feel that you are not alone.
Here is my depression channel.

In most of these videos, you can clearly hear the distress, the suffering and the hopelessness and even at my lowest point in life I would never encourage anyone to commit
suicide as the decision is the person's.

I hope that this is not against the rules, et merci beaucoup les amis!
